These products serve in over 300 cement plants throughout the world, handling a wide variety of materials:cement,clinker,coal,limestone,gypsum,fly ash,raw meal etc. Our cement clinker cooler is the fourth generation grate cooler,the design distinguishes itself from traditional grate coolers. It has a top shell, bottom shell and grate bed in the centre. There are air chambers under the bottom shell, which are connected to air blowers. The unit is fitted with a clinker crusher. There is a 5 degree angle between the cooler and ground after installation. The grate comprises several air cooling units with a fixing grate plate, without leakage and conveyor. The pushing rods move forwards and backwards to convey the clinker which is actuated by hydraulic cylinder under the grate shell. There are 4 further improvements and development on the grate cooler.
